National Business Awards - Nominated Finalist

12/06/2012

Scientifica has been shortlisted for The BlackBerry Growth Strategy of the Year award at this year's National Business Awards in partnership with Orange. Uckfield-based Scientifica develops and manufactures high quality equipment for electrophysiology researchers and its export success was recently recognised with a Queen's Award for Enterprise (International Trade 2012).

Going up against the likes of Baringa Partners and MVF Global, Scientifica will battle it out for the prestigious award, with the winner being revealed at the National Business Awards gala dinner held on 13 November in London.

Leslie Copeland, CEO of Vitesse Media, judge for the category says:

"Growing into its niche market, high precision instrument maker Scientifica has a clear idea of where the new growth opportunities are and how to capitalise on them."

Mark Johnson, joint Managing Director at Scientifica adds:

We are proud of the growth we've achieved over the past few years – particularly in export sales – and to have this recognised by the National Business Awards judges is a great achievement for the whole team."
