Scientifica was awarded "Made in the South East manufacturing company of the year 2013". After beating off stiff competition from other quality manufactoring companies, Scientifica emerged victorious on the night as the clear winner in its class.
The basis of the win came from demonstrating excellence in innovation and impressive sales growth over the year.
Commenting on the win Mark Johnson – CEO/Managing Director said:
"This win is credit to the whole Scientifica team and is great motivation for the future of the company, I am very proud"
The awards, which were compèred by BBC journalist Justin Webb, featured keynote speakers Alan Foster, operations director at McLaren Automotive, and Insider Media's managing director Marlen Roberts. Scientifica will now go through to the National final, to be held in Liverpool in 2014.
