The Moore lab at Temple University is actively seeking postdoctoral candidates interested in mechanisms of intrinsic plasticity. The long-term goal of the lab is to understand the molecular signaling cascades that regulate excitability and circuit function. To do so, they combine molecular biology, genetics, behavior, and electrophysiology techniques.
Successful candidates will be self-motivated, creative, and enjoy working in an enthusiastic, collaborative, and innovative environment. Candidates should have a recent PhD in Neuroscience, Biology, or a related field. The position requires excellent written and oral English communication skills and interpersonal skills, and someone who is a highly motivated, independent worker. Candidates with either electrophysiology or calcium imaging experience are preferred
