Position: Postdoc position in synaptic and circuit mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders

Northwestern University School of Medicine are seeking to recruit postdoctoral fellows with a strong background in neurosciences, and interests in understanding the synaptic and circuit basis of neurodevelopmental and neuropsychiatric disorders.
Expertise in patch clamp electrophysiology or advanced imaging would be an advantage, combined with a strong motivation to develop new in vitro and in vivo assays for monitoring neuronal and circuit function in mouse models. Candidates who have complementary technical experience in mouse behavioral studies and want to expand their technical repertoire are also encouraged to apply.
