The Gordon Research Seminar on Synaptic Transmission is a unique forum for graduate students, post-docs, and other scientists with comparable levels of experience and education to present and exchange new data and cutting edge ideas.

The 2020 GRS on Synaptic Transmission will span a broad range of topics pertaining to novel aspects of synaptic function including new findings from cellular, molecular, and systems neuroscience. Specifically, the meeting's scientific content will include mechanisms controlling synaptic transmission at the pre- and postsynaptic levels, novel activity- and experience-dependent alterations to synaptic function, and findings that bridge the gaps between synaptic signaling and information processing in neuronal circuits.
