The SlicePlatform is a stable mounting surface for manipulators and samples used in electrophysiology. Adjustable height legs allow compatibility with all inverted microscopes including those Olympus, Leica, Nikon and Zeiss. Manipulators can be mounted on lockable sliding carriages allowing greater flexibility and is available for both upright and inverted microscopes.
This SlicePlatform is suitable for use with inverted microscopes. If you require a similar system for an upright microscope, our Sliceplatform could be of interest.

Manipulators or other devices can be easily positioned anywhere in the experimental area of the MTP. Innovative T-bar mounting carriages slide into any of the seven grooves on top of the platform.
The mounting holes on your vibration isolation table may not be perfectly situated for your experiment. The MTP conquers this problem with a rotating slotted insert on the mounting post assembly. This means that the MTP can be securely attached to any standard vibration isolation platform.
You can orient your sample as you choose, allowing total flexibility in the experimental area. Simply release, rotate and lock the sample plate in place.
Sliceplatforms are frequently combined with the Universal Motorised Stage. Suitable for mounting all major microscopes, this then enables the user to access areas of the sample outside of the field of view. The images in the gallery above all feature microscopes mounted this way.
