HCMIS Peltier Microlncubator System

The HCMIS is designed to provide accurate temperature control in the 0-45° temperature range. The heating and cooling of the unit is powered by two Peltier devices. The HCMIS is compatible with most microscopes and uses ALA Scientific’s MS- series recording chambers or standard 35mm Corning Petri dishes. The unit features:

• Accurate temperature control in the 0-45 C temperature range
• Dual Peltier Elements
• Drop-in loading on Nikon and Olympus Stages (110mm port) Easily adapted to any microscope
• Drop-in loading of Corning 35mm petri dishes ALA MS series chambers
• Low Profile, only 16mm high!
• Easy pipette access from any side
• Built-in perfusion pre-warmer/cooler
• Low noise recordings (Even single channel patch clamp)
• Fast temperature response
• Light weight/small size
• Anodized Aluminum Construction gives stability for imaging and patch clamp
• Built-in cooling water ports cool the system without vibration.
